On October 8, 9, 10, and 11, 2024, Leax do Brasil hosted a specialized training in Non-Destructive Testing with MLR MÁQUINAS, ensuring excellence in quality control of its components.

MLR MÁQUINAS, as a major manufacturer of machines and equipment for non-destructive testing using magnetic particles, and drawing on extensive experience acquired over the last 38 years in this segment, is pleased to collaborate with LEAX’s technological development, maximizing the technological control of the parts and equipment supplied to its clients through qualification training and high-tech equipment

During the workshop, participants had the opportunity to conduct a Value Stream Mapping of the current state in a specific production line, allowing for a practical and enriching learning experience, even without developing the future state. This hands-on and engaging approach enables employees to adopt new management practices and improve production outcomes systematically.

The goal of this training was to introduce LEAN principles to all our employees to further strengthen the LPS (LEAX Production System) in our facility. The Lean Day was conducted in partnership with the Fiep SENAI System, the Fiep SESI System, Habitat SENAI, and the SESI Innovation Center. These institutions provide expertise and technical support, contributing to Leax do Brasil not only manufacturing quality products but also creating a work environment conducive to innovation and professional development.
