On February 7, 2025, Leax do Brasil experienced a special moment with the realization of the first FIKA of the year. This Swedish tradition, which consists of a pleasant coffee break, occurs monthly across all units of the Leax Group, including Brazil. FIKA is more than just coffee; it is a crucial opportunity for the team to come together, celebrate achievements, share ideas, and reinforce the values that underpin our organizational culture.<\/p>\n\n

During this edition, we had the pleasure of honoring the monthly birthday celebrants while also highlighting the awards from PGAS (Internal Ideas Program), which encourages our employees to contribute their valuable suggestions. This program is a clear manifestation of how Leax values innovation and the active participation of all team members.<\/p>\n\n

FIKA not only promotes a congenial atmosphere but also strengthens the bonds among collaborators. Moments like this remind us of the importance of collaboration and communication within the company, essential factors for our collective success. It is a space where ideas flow, where achievements are celebrated, and where everyone has a voice.<\/p>\n\n
