CODE OF CONDUCT

The code of conduct of the LEAX Group was drawn up to highlight the principles the Group follows regarding its employees, business partners and other parties. All parties are thus expected to comply with the following principles:

LEGAL COMPLIANCE

No matter the situation, all LEAX companies must abide by the applicable laws, rules, and recommendations of the countries in which they operate. In case no regulation is provided, our values and principles must be followed as guidelines. If there is any conflict between the law, the rules, and our policies, complying with the due legislation shall be a priority.

LEAX Group’s relations with its business partners must be pervaded by transparency, equity, and the best business practices. LEAX Group absolutely mustn’t grant clients, governmental agencies, or their representatives any sort of compensation or benefit that may refute the due legislation or business practices.
Representatives of the LEAX Group aren’t allowed to accept gifts, payments or any other kind of compensation that might affect our decision-making from third parties.

All financial transactions of the LEAX Group must be carried out in accordance with the due accounting legislation and the current practices. The LEAX Group must always be able to deliver transparent, reliable, and relevant reports.

CONFLICT OF INTERESTS

All employees and members of the Administrative Board must perform their duties in such a way that won’t clash with the interests of the LEAX Group.
In case of a conflict of interests, the situation must be promptly reported to the immediate supervisor for evaluation.

The LEAX Group must remain neutral regarding political parties and their agents.
No sponsorship shall be granted to parties or candidates.

ENVIRONMENTAL CARE

Energy resources and raw materials must always be used efficiently in LEAX Group’s operations and products, in order to produce as little waste as possible.

Our recycling policy always ensures the best processes, so that the impact on environmental and health risks is minimal.
Our environmental practices ensure that the processes are inspected daily, in order to identify, report and fix any current or future risk.

The LEAX Group keeps a transparent attitude and supports and respects all international rules that regard human rights, thus guaranteeing that our business follows respectful principles

LEAX Group shall hire and manage its team in such a way as to not discriminate anyone due to gender, religion, age, sexual orientation, nationality, political or union affiliation, social or ethnical orientation.
Diversity is encouraged in all levels of LEAX Group.

No form of coercion or exploitation of under-age employees shall be adopted.
Our security procedures ensure that we’re able to meet and even surpass the laws, norms, and rules of the countries in which the Group operates at all times.

LIABILITY OF OUR MANAGERS AND EMPLOYEES

The LEAX Group managers are responsible for showing and explaining the contents of this document, as well as its core principles, in their own organizations, in order to motivate the employees to report and expose any noncompliant behaviors. Any explicit or implicit acceptance of questionable attitudes will not be tolerated.
All violations of this code of conduct can be reported anonymously and confidentiality to the LEAX Group CEO. Those who report conduct-of-conduct violations won’t be subject to retaliation.
This Code of Conduct shall be dully followed. Disciplinary actions may ensue from the noncompliance of its provisions.

This Code of Conduct was approved by the Administrative Board of the LEAX Group and may only be altered or dismissed by the Board. Any alteration or inclusion must be disclosed.
