We cover a great variety of processes in the hole value chain, starting with pre-production processes, such as research, development, prototyping and sourcing. Serial production is our main process, which is supported by value creation processes, such as thermal treatment, surface treatment and assembling. Spare parts and after-sale services are part of our daily routine in the automotive industry.

We use manual or semi-automated processes when the demand and the requirements are lower. We often implement these projects in better-cost countries. Another high-efficiency factor is the increased use of multi-operational machines. We build flexible production cells, according to the client’s needs and annual demands. For us, low-volume projects mean as much as the high-volume ones. Our choices of factories allow us to find the best house for your products. In many cases, we prove that we can produce better than our competition – and even better than our clients, who often decide to outsource their entire production to us in order to have more time to deal with other business affairs.

Every good product is the result of fundamental researches. At our Tech Center, we carry out researches on the future perspectives of electric control for engines, gearboxes, and shafts. We work in close cooperation with our clients and also with our collaborative universities, thus guaranteeing the best final product possible. Product design and prototyping are the following steps of the process of creating a new product. The engineering teams of our plants all around the world use standard tools, such as CAD/CAM design, FEM and FMEA analysis, among others.
