Nowadays, LEAX supplies subsystems directly to the purchasing lines of our great heavy vehicle customers. We manufacture components, assemble, and in some cases paint complete subsystems. These are some of the subsystems we can provide:

• Hub reductions
• Exhaust manifolds
• Gearboxes

Our drive shafts have world-class assembly and painting quality. Today, LEAX assembles shafts for all Scania production facilities in Europe and Brazil. Assembly and delivery happen sequentially. We deliver around 100,000 driveshafts every year, and for nine years we have had a 100% delivery accuracy in terms of sequence and timing!

By expanding our participation in the supply chain, we increased our competence with respect to the function and the demands of the components we deliver. We contribute to the improvement of these components, which leads to greater benefits for our customers. We also provide low-volume assembly when it comes to extraordinarily complex and high precision industrial gearboxes. We have a long and extensive competence and experience in this field. We have the entire value chain available, from design to machining and finished products, which gives us full control, from start to finish. We design our own gearboxes in order to optimize production performance and efficiency in machining and assembly.
