Qualified measuring, well-defined procedures, coordinate-measuring machines, materials, and calibration laboratories are important elements for the monitoring and the development of the production.

The qualified measuring is performed in acclimated measuring rooms. The feedback regarding each production line is standardized in the daily routine.

STABLE PROCESSES

Stable processes are an important prerequisite for ensuring the right product quality for our customers. The LEAX Production System (LPS) defines and ensures that every part of the manufacturing process is well defined, monitored, and improved day by day.

TRIALS/TESTS

LEAX is conducting and planning the introduction of new products and processes with verification testing according to customer demands and requirements, in accordance with applicable ISO standards. At each product introduction, all equipment and production processes are tested and verified according to the defined standard model, and ensuring that all high standards and requirements are met before the start of the serial production.
