The certificate received confirms Leax’s active participation between September and December 2025, totaling 116 hours of in-person assistance. Additionally, by eliminating leaks throughout the compressed air network, it was possible to shut down one of the two compressors and operate with just one, without affecting the production process.

The main focus of the consultancy was the compressed air system, with a goal of reducing energy consumption by 10%. Leax achieved this target practically at zero cost, simply by fixing leaks, replacing connections already available in stock, and enabling a control system that GROB machines already had. Simple adjustments, such as re-tightening and improving sealing, also contributed significantly to the outcome. These actions demonstrate how seemingly small details can generate relevant savings when analyzed with proper methodology and specialized support.
